Wait. If Clinton is at fault for not trying harder to get Bin Laden (he would have only been extradited to Saudi Arabia anyway, if found), then shouldn’t Bush have fixed Clinton’s mistake immediately by working to capture Bin Laden?
But alas, going golfing and swimming near Crawford, Texas and Camp David was far more important.
The threat wasn’t taken serious during BOTH administrations. Why can’t you repubs just answer the question?

the president never takes a vacation. He is on duty 24/7, even though he might not be in the white house. Aids and staff are always by him, and he has all sorts ofcommunications equipment at his disposal wherever he is.
I never knew president Bush played Golf!!!.
