Where is the best place for 8 college students to vacation? (East Coast, US)?

Hey everyone,

Me and some of my friends have had a LONG year filled with death, and stress, and LIFE haha. So we decided we want to all take a nice, weeklong vacation to somewhere with a nice beach (We live in PA so the NJ beach is the nastiest thing known to man). Anyway, we do mildly drink, we are all 20, and we are not a family.
We really wanted to go to the Outter Banks NC but they have a family rule that doesnt work for us. So i need a new place on the East Coast, that we can rent a HOUSE (Not hotel) and spend a relaxing weekend with a nice beach, golf, and some fun around the area. Any help?
