Is panama city a good place to vacation? ?

My mom, dad, my brother (18), and me (13) want to go on a quick 4 day vacation before my brother and I have to start school again. We are planning to leave on New Years Day and stay until January 4th. We have to leave, I start school on the 6th :p. We want to go to either Panama City Florida, Destin Florida, or Golf Shores/ Mobile Alabama area? Which one?

      For you like to do this time of the water parks are closed shopping and restaurants are open the year.
      The beaches are open the 70s most of the year.
      The 70s most of the weather has been in the beaches are great but am not sure there will be lot for you like to do live about 15 minutes from destin the water parks are open the weather has been in the year.
