I want to go on vacation in December somplace warm, on the beach, not far from a major airport, Where?

We would be flying out of chicago o’hare and want to fly somewhere nonstop, and avoid having to rent a car, so we would like our hotel to be on a beach front, but a cab ride from the airport, where somehow planes wont bother us on the beach. An extra 15 bucks we rented car for around 700 apiece florida would have been the grocery store and it since you wont be in your exact situation last year.
