How can i get a new Verizon Wireless phone?

I got my LG Voyager back in the beginning of May. I have insurance on my phone. I was recently on vacation and my phone kept giving me a heat warning as it was VERY hot where I was. The next day when i looked at it on the golf course, the screen appeared to be cracked. I would like to know if I could get a different phone from Verizon Wireless? And what would I have to do to get that? I do not want another Voyager as it might break again.

The voyagers faulti think its the voyagers faulti think its yours need phone can throw around anyway will have pay full price for another phoneand fee.

haha you’re so irresponsible. well voyagers arent really delicate or fragile or such so it’s pretty muhc your fault. but if you want a new phone then just talk to verizon about it

The customer loyalty department once you can leave you want different phone now if sign for another year or two the issue tell them that you can leave you.
