40th birthday guys’ trip ideas - golf, college football, urban activities?

A few friends and I are planning a guys’ getaway for our 40th birthday next November (2010), and are trying to find the “perfect” destination. Our brainstorming list of must-haves/nice-to-haves include:

- warm-ish weather (it’s November, we know)
- golf
- city (ideally) for urban activities (restaurants, bars, etc.)
- college football (perhaps a stretch?)
- ideally on the coast
- preferably south-east, or a direct flight from Boston

Am I crazy/high to think we could find such a place? Do places like this exist outside of aging mens’ dreams?

I’d appreciate any suggestions — thanks!

      Atlanta- It is going to be 75 this weekend, great golfing, bars and restaurants. College football, and 2 hours from the coast
